All You To Know About American Visa By Investment

Before starting the process of obtaining USA citizenship by investment, you should be clear about what you’re getting into. You should know the costs and the requirements of the process, and then you can focus on finding a project that best fits your needs. In this article, we’ll talk about the requirements and costs of the EB-5 investment. We’ll also cover how to become an EB-5 investor and what to expect when you get there.

Investing in a regional center:

When deciding if investing in a regional center for an American visa is right for you, keep a few things in mind. While immigration laws require that you invest funds in a regional center, you should always ensure that the business that will be using these funds is reputable. The USCIS lists regional centers that are approved by the agency. The investment amount should be at least $10,000 and you should invest as much as you can afford.

Investing in a direct project:

To obtain a green card through an EB-5 investment, you need to invest in a direct project. The direct investment enables you to live and work in the United States. It grants you permanent residency and gives you access to the American education system. You will also receive your investment back upon completion of the project. Moreover, this visa permits you to sponsor your dependent children under 21 years of age. But you must have at least 6 months of residence in the USA per year as the main applicant.

Requirements for the EB-5 visa:

There are several requirements for obtaining a Green Card through EB-5 American visa by investment. To be eligible for the program, you must invest in a new business that creates ten full-time jobs. You must invest in a business that is operating profitably in the United States, and you must invest in a business that is a for-profit entity. New businesses can be corporations, limited or general partnerships, sole proprietorships, or other privately owned businesses. They must have been formed after November 29, 1990.

Costs of the EB-5 visa:

The minimum amount of money required for an EB-5 American visa has increased. Earlier this year, the minimum amount was USD 500,000 for TEA locations and $1 million outside of TEAs. The US Government says that the increase is long overdue to reflect inflation and current economic conditions. EB-5 requirements also have become more stringent. To receive an EB-5 visa, the investment amount must be invested in an urban or rural area with an unemployment rate at or above 150% of the national average.
