My name is Rodrigo Ibarra and I am an Industrial Engineer from the ITESO.  At Prospera, I am the coordinator of the business consultants who work directly with entrepreneurs. I also design growth strategies  and cost reductions that allow them to be much more competitive. Our team's mission is to provide entrepreneurs with basic business tools so that they can form alliances to help them grow their businesses and succeed.
I enjoy my job, because every day I am faced with the everyday problems of our entrepreneurs, and I get to come up with solutions that save them time and money through the collective experience. It is as if each entrepreneur wrote a paragraph on the “Business and Entrepreneurship manual” and this manual was transmitted from generation to generation of entrepreneurs.
