Gabriel Aguilera

He is Assistant Professor of Political Science and International Relations at California State University, Chico where he coordinates the International Relations program and teaches courses on research methods, international political economy, and the politics of development.  Gabriel’s research is on the politics of financial regulation in Latin America and he has conducted extensive field work in Mexico and Venezuela.  His current research focuses on Mexican-Americans and their participation in the U.S. armed forces.  He has worked as a policy consultant for the State of California.
